If you use an accounting software such as QuickBooks; they already provide you with financial statement preparation.  However, reporting within software such as QB can be convoluted making proper analysis difficult.

I have created a series of customized financial statement templates in order to make analysis for my clients efficient and effective.   Just a simple export of your general ledger activity and I can tailor the presentation to what suits YOU best.  

During my tenure in the corporate world, each month (for over eight years) I would go through a financial review of over 40 surgery centers nationwide with senior management.  Each one of them had their own preferences in how information was to be presented to them.  The key to an effective review was being able to adapt to each reviewer's needs for which I became an expert.
